OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLATION

Turn on your device and repeatedly press one of the following keys: ESC / F1 / F2 / F8 / F10 / F12 / DEL.
The correct key varies from one manufacturer to another and sometimes even between models of the same brand. You may need to try several keys until you succeed. The most common BIOS keys are F2 and DEL. Please follow this Windows 10 Installation and Activation Guide exactly.

Once you have entered the BIOS/UEFI, browse through the configuration options until you find a page called Boot (or similar). There you should see the boot order used by your computer. In this list, select the USB/DVD drive as the first boot device.

Note that on some computers this option may appear under different names, such as Removable Devices, USB HDD, or similar. Moving the USB/DVD drive to the top of the list is usually done by pressing the +, , F5, or F6 keys. Your BIOS/UEFI interface should display useful information about this.

After selecting the USB/DVD drive as the first boot option, save the settings and exit the BIOS/UEFI. Your computer will restart and boot automatically from the USB/DVD flash drive.
⚠️ After installing Windows, remember to remove the USB stick from the device. If not removed, the system will enter a continuous loop of reinstalling the operating system.

OPERATING SYSTEM ACTIVATION

We recommend performing a clean installation of the operating system, especially if your copy of Windows was not downloaded directly from Microsoft’s official website.

If you already have an unlicensed copy or an expired license but your Windows copy is genuine, you can simply enter the purchased license key without reinstalling the system.

Once Windows is installed (regardless of the version), we recommend activating your license immediately, as described in this Online Windows 10 Installation and Activation Guide. The average activation period is 15 days from the date of purchase. The maximum activation term is up to 12 months, depending on the license type. Exceeding this term will invalidate the license activation. Once activated, the license remains valid permanently for 1 PC.

Currently, our licenses can also activate during the installation of the operating system. However, to ensure successful activation, we recommend activating Windows immediately after installation, following this guide.
The USB stick included with your purchase (if you bought this format) serves only as installation media, offered free of charge. The license key itself is attached inside the case.

⚠️ We do not provide technical support for operating system installation, as we cannot connect remotely to your device. If you are not familiar with installing an operating system, please contact a specialized and authorized service center.

Microsoft Windows online activation (after installation)

1. Right click the Start button on the taskbar and select Settings.
2. Go to Update & Security → Activation → Change product key.
3. You can also open the activation window faster by using the Search function and typing Activation.
4. Click Change product key to open the window where you can enter your license.
5. Important: Before activating the operating system, make sure you have installed the latest system updates. You can check this using Search → Update → Check for updates.
6. Type or paste the purchased product key into the activation box and follow the on screen instructions.

Microsoft regularly updates operating systems, especially with security patches. Therefore, when activating your license, it is recommended to have the latest updates installed and a stable internet connection preferably via cable rather than Wi Fi (activation errors may occur otherwise).

⚠️ A license that has already been purchased and unsealed/activated cannot be returned. It can only be replaced if it does not match the description on our website or if it is defective for technical reasons.
